Week 25 | Water

In recent years there have been some interesting experiments showing how gratitude affects matter. A team of researchers led by the late Dr Masaru Emoto conducted a series of experiments demonstrating how gratitude can change the molecular structure of water crystals. You can learn more about his fascinating work here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDNhH8deZPg

Hopefully by now you’ve seen & felt the enormous impact that embodying an attitude of gratitude can have on you as well as those around you. Given that our bodies are made up of approximately 65% water, it seems being grateful may actually change you on a molecular as well as spiritual level!

So drink it, cry it out, stay afloat, sail away, swim, bathe, watch it shimmer in the morning sun, listen to the rhythm of the falling rain & be grateful for the wonder that is water!

Note: If you’re sharing your gratitude online, don’t forget to ensure your posts are public & tag them with the official challenge hashtag #52weeksofgratitude & #seekerlovermother so I can find, appreciate & share your blessings!
