Week 20 | Community

A sense of belonging is a fundamental human need. The people & groups we choose to include in our lives has an enormous impact on how we see the world, how we behave and how we think & feel about ourselves.
Think about the different communities that you belong to & how (& perhaps even why) you are tethered to them. What do these bonds mean to you? How do they shape you? What is that they offer you & what do you give in return? Appreciate the ways that they contribute to your sense of connectedness.
