Launched in April 2016, ‘Bibliotherapy’ is an online book club for women who love reading inspirational non-fiction by women authors, are committed to their own inner work & would love to connect with like-minded women on a similar path. We will connect via a Facebook group for discussion & information sharing; & a formal meeting will be held on the first Tuesday of each month via Blab to share our thoughts on the book (& maybe a wine or two!).

Some of the books on our long list of possible reads include the acclaimed ‘Big Magic’ by Elizabeth Gilbert, ‘Radical Self-Acceptance’ by Tara Brach & Dr Kristin Neff’s ‘Self-Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself’.

‘ENOUGH: Cultivating Balance & Boundaries’

This beautiful group is (as it sounds) about creating space in your life to do the things you love. It’s about stripping out the debris, de-cluttering your thoughts, your mind & your heart; recognising your limits, refusing to wear ‘busy’ as a badge of honour, breaking old habits & moving on from people & situations that you’ve outgrown. It’s a place to share & learn that ‘Enough!’ means both Yes & No & that when they’re deployed with wisdom, you open up your life to attract more of the things that nourish you & less of the things that deplete you. Now doesn’t that sound like something we all need?

Membership is open to women who wish to focus on self-care, mindfulness & the art of slowing down in the pursuit of a fulfilling & wholehearted life.

‘Consciously You’ – A course about learning how to live an intentional life

A 12 week course aimed at bringing you home to yourself through exploring your values, cultivating your virtues & examining the ways in which we can show up & be seen in our lives, in true alignment with who we are.
